Works great with a rinseless wash

I always did the multiple towel method but after watching several videos I was convinced to try a rinseless sponge. After doing a lot of research, I found a lot of people say that the McKee's 37 big gold sponge was the softest, so I ordered one. I'm amazed how the sponge just glides across the surface when used in combination with N-914 V2 rinseless wash. The sponge not only saves time, it's also a lot less laundry to do in comparison to the multiple towel method. My car has never looked better.

I was iffy about using a sponge but I was also iffy about Rinseless Wash until I tried it and it changed the way I detail. So I ordered the sponge and it seems to work great. Mckees37 sponge is high quality

By far - the best Sponge of them all...

I have multiples of all of them - red, red/black, black, blue, egg-crate - The GOLD is absolutely the best one. It is noticeably softer than the other big sponges and you can easily see dirt on it - its like a big background light behind any dirt.. Others are a bit stiffer and many colors just hide the dirt so you cannot tell if your latest bucket dunk really got it clean… Gold for paint all others relageted to wheels and tile flooring.

Awesome addition to the rinseless arsenal

The BGS came in quite handy. If you don't have loads of plush microfiber towels for a rinseless wash, the BGS works exceptionally well when combined with McKee's N-914 and a Detail Guardz grit remover. I would caution to only use on larger surfaces where the cut face can be used as intended. When you get into the tighter and smaller areas, switch to a plush, high-quality microfiber. If grit gets in the sides or corners where it doesn't get pushed into the cut face, you can severely scratch concaved areas. For the large panels/spaces it works extremely well. I was very surprised how well it rinses out across the guard, ready for the next section. Glad I bought it.
